Beautiful property, gorgeous room with fantastic air conditioning (a must in London these days) and fantastic view, very comfortable bed. The hotel design is super charming and very central. Staff was breezy to the point of nonchalance which isn't a great vibe when you're a tired traveler, and the TV in our room kept randomly turning on and waking us up.

Excellent service, great hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the decor/theme of the hotel. Bedroom very comfortable and so quiet. Perfect location to visit Notting Hill and the Portobello Market, buses and tube very close by. I would thoroughly recommend.

First for the positives: the staff at the check in was amazing, so helpful and genuinely happy to assist. The free coffee and tea station at each floor is super convenient as well. The location is perfect, underground station is close by, as well as the bus station. Now for the negatives. The main one is that the WiFi is beyond terrible. And I don’t mean that you cannot stream movies, I mean it’s completely unusable for something as simple as reading emails?!? For a new and not so cheap hotel, I would expect more. Also, mobile network doesn’t work in the hotel as well. This was a huge inconvenience for us, since we needed to get some work done at the hotel and it was simply impossible. Horrible WiFi. Second, no fridge in the room. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve been to a room that doesn’t have even a tiny, mini fridge. We weren’t able to purchase anything to eat or even cool our water because there is no fridge in the room?! Also, the bathroom door couldn’t close properly and the cleaning left a bit to be desired. All in all, will not stay here again.
