"Good location, weird hotel. No room service, no food in daytime except breakfast, a half drunk milkshake in my fridge, a view of a multi-storey car park, a shower that goes all over the main room floor because of poor design. Lovely staff so don't blame them, just poor hotel."

"Overnight stay was good. Quiet room and all facilities provided. The biscuits in the room were priced well over the top, as were all other items. No complementary items except tea and coffee. Bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"We love this hotel and stay here every couple of months to enjoy the local nightlife. However on this occasion the reception staff were cold and very unfriendly. This took us by surprise as on all other stays the staff were fantastic. All other parts of the stay were fantastic. The room was lovely and very clean. We will stay here again as all our other stays were great."
