Great location with excellent access to tube (for Paddington and LHR), supremely close to Westminster Abbey and Parliament. Modern, clean and quiet room. Excellent service considering how busy it was too. Would definitely go again!

Ottima posizione per visitare Londra. Stanza pulita, buona colazione, bevande calde disponibili per tutto il giorno: il tutto ad un prezzo ragionevole. La stanza un po' piccola ma per il tempo che ci si passa... è sufficiente.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, la ubicación es inmejorable a unos pasos caminando a la Abadía y al Big Ben, el desayuno es muy bueno y abundante. Algo que puede mejorar es que hagan la limpieza de la habitación todos los días, nos pareció que solo pidiéndolo lo hacen, las cortinas de la regadera las pudieran bajar 30 centímetros y eso haría que el baño no salpique agua. El espacio es reducido en la cama pero eso ya lo sabíamos. Nuestra habitación no tenía ventanas pero eso también ya lo sabíamos. En general la ubicación, accesibilidad al metro y a los principales puntos de interés, el desayuno, el té y café gratis todo el día superan por mucho las cosas a mejorar. Estuvimos muy bien!

Poor property condition, but great staff and location. The property is located steps from Westminster Abbey, The Parliament, and multiple Tube and bus lines, making it very convenient to get around London and to all major sights. The condition of my room was terrible. The carpet was dirty and stained all over from years of use. I was afraid of this because there were several Google reviews with pictures of dirty orange carpets blackened with multiple stains. The shower doorframe had mold trapped in it, there was mold around the rim of the drain opening of the washbasin, and the paint on the wall behind the washbasin was cracked and peeling off. We alerted management of these issues after checking in, and they replaced the carpet and caulked the bottom edge of the shower the next day. Good, quick response, but management should be proactively checking on the condition of their rooms and doing the necessary replacement/upkeep on a timely basis, not waiting to do so only after getting customer complaints. For $300 per night, the condition of the rooms is completely unacceptable.

I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited privacy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its location and service.

Although the room was compact, it was very clean and well appointed. The WiFi only worked with the TV on (as a hotspot), but that was only a minor inconvenience. The location was top-notch, a very short walk to the Tube and attractions. It always felt very safe as well.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage für einen Städtrip in London. Die U-Bahn Station ist direkt neben dem Hotel und es gibt auch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Hotelzimmer ist zwar etwas klein und auch das Bett ist klein, aber das war bei der Buchung des Zimmers zu erwarten. Also eine tolle Unterkunft.

We appreciated the location and proximity to many sites. We were in walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye. The rooms were very small, but also very quiet so it was easy to get rest. The hotel is very near St. James subway station. Upon arrival, we got off at Westminster Station. I would recommend people traveling with luggage to get to St. James Station. We also found a few very cute pubs close by with good food.

Friendly efficient staff, especially the breakfast workers. Rooms are clean, quite small, bites knew that when we booked. The location was great. 3 minute walk to Big Ben, and Westminster abbey. The closet underground station is a two minute walk away. We really liked our stay
