"Our new favorite London hotel! Each room is a mini apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Great shower. Individual room control heat/air con. Comfy bed and pillows. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the traffic outside. So quiet!!! Laundry facilities with inexpensive and easy to use. Nice gym and sauna. Staff is amazing!!! Our flight canceled due to weather and they were so accommodating. Victoria area is centrally located with shops, restaurants, pubs and trains. We loved it here and will definitely book again. "

"The Z Victoria is in a great location , very convenient to everything, food shopping and transportation. The room was nice, extremely comfy bed. And the staff was very helpful. The space is small. Things I didn’t care for; no hair dryer, you can’t draw the window shade. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment. I’d stay again. "

"Easily walkable from Victoria station. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in our room, even though it wasn't ready yet. Person who guided us to the room was also very kind. Room was clean, shower had good pressure, beds were comfortable. Would stay again!"
