The staff was great. The room was nice but dimly lit. It didn’t have enough space for us to lay out luggage. The hotel was in a fantastic location. Very close to Buckingham Palace.

Super friendly hotel and they went out of their way to make our daughter feel so special for her trip. Rooms were very spacious and hotel was super clean. All the major sites to see were walkable. Will definitely stay here again.
