"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."

"The complete stay was excellent. The staff were ver welcoming, the room was superbly furnished and laid out. Very clean and so very quiet probably my new favourite hotel in London. "
"Beautiful hotel rooms are so nice and luxurious.
The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room.
Also be aware that the bar area is closed
Staff were really good and helpful in every area. "
"The hotel was stunning, the staff were friendly and helpful - will definitely stay here again, was not somewhere I had considered before but as we needed to be near Victoria it was perfect and it turned out to be a lovely stay. The curry room is also a meal you should experience. "
