Great location, superb room and fantastic breakfast. Only negatives, where the night light in the bathroom was a little glaring/bright and there was a lot of noise in the hallway in the morning (not sure if staff or guests). Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is wonderfully quirky but that does not detract from any of the facilities you would expect to find in an excellent hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable, having a pub downstairs was great and the staff could not have been lovelier!

The room was beautiful, the bathroom was exquisite, the towels fluffy and the sheets crisp and clean. The Sanctuary was so close to the underground and also an easy walk to Big Ben and other sites. I felt totally safe in the neighborhood and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful!

Very convenient location. Fair price. Breakfast was good with enough different options. They let us check in early after arriving on a red eye which was great. Staff was very nice. Room was decent size stocked with everything you’d expect & was clean. Only complaint would be the beds were pretty uncomfortable - could feel the springs in the mattress when laying down in the standard 2 twin room. Wasn’t unbearable but not the most comfortable. All in- for the price & location you can’t beat it.
