kleine kamer, maar wel met alles wat nodig is erin. Ik kon alleen niet opladen met USB C en de TV werkte niet. Werd aangeraden om te casten, maar ook dat lukte niet. Ik ben geen leek, dus tv werkte gewoon niet. Een matras waar je diep in wegzakt en het onderlaken was gewoon vies. De rest van de kamer en badkamer waren wel schoon (en klein). Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb verder geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad of de fitness zaal, dus daar kan niet over beoordelen.

We were on a day out at Royal Navy College watching Adriatique. We booked to save a laborious trip home. Really close the venue. We walked back after the event and took about 30 mins. The place is great. Friendly staff and security. Room was basic, but quiet and well ventilated. Sadly we didn’t get to use the pool and gym, but I will defo rebook and make use next time! I would stay again. I booked and used my Expedia credits and also got a vitality discount, so a little over £100 for a night in London is amazing. Well worth it and I’d recommend. 🎉

Great location for the O2, which is why we stayed. However, the room was small and no air conditioning, and with the window open the DLR trains are quite noisy. We probably should have closed the window and used the fan, but only found it in the morning. The room is well equipped though, small combi oven, fridge, kettle, iron etc. The swimming pool and other facilities are excellent. It would be good if some kind of breakfast could be included in the cost. But even so the breakfast was excellent and worth the cost.

The rooms are super hot, the bedding especially mattress pad had stains, the bathroom had super bad odor, toilet doesn’t flush properly and the hallways don’t smell good. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet just flat sheet.

Tiny rooms (got two). Clean, warm in July, nice large gym and nice lobby area. Kitchen had nothing in it! Found out on checkout that I that I could have requested it what I needed. Bathroom really small. Like airplane size minus the shower, can’t move inside the shower or you could hurt yourself. 2nd time here but won’t come back unless this place is 1/3 the price and anyone else 😅. Portable fan had so much dust on it as if it was never used. Overall it’s a good place to stay as long as you know the drawbacks.

The only good thing was the pool steam and sauna facilities, everything else was poor and dangerous. 1) The bed had a sharp metal spring protruding out of it which was only realised when someone got injured from it. 2) The shower door was broken and nearly fell on my face. 3) There was no kitchen equipment (cutlery plates or other basic things). The listing falsely advertised that these would be present. 4) There was no kitchen soap but I guess we dont need it because they did not provide any kitchen items anyway. 5) The fridge shelf was broken. 6) The apartment was extremely hot, surprised there is no air conditioning available. In fairness this was not advertised anyway. 7) The pool and sauna areas had no locker rooms available and there was only 1 closed shower to use between everyone that uses the facilities. 8) The bathroom was the smallest I have seen in my life. The sink was made for a 5 year old and it was so low down you would have to sit on the toilet just to use it. The shower was so small, if you are over 6ft and carry some weight, you are not going to be able to move without getting hit by something. 9) You try to call the front desk a million times and no one answers. You try to message via the expedia app to the hotel and they do not respond. Absolute joke. 10) At one point the whole area was surrounded by police, don't know what happened, but it doesn't seem that safe. Very shocking experience to say the least. I will not be coming back. Avoid.

The only thing I liked about the property was the laundry, and the foyer because it was the only place which was air conditioned. We were in London during the heatwave and there was no airconditioning in the rooms, only a tiny fan. The room was dirty when we checked in, and smelled of cat urine, as did the hallways. The smell got worse as the weather got hotter. We had to keep the window open overnight and of course couldn’t block out the noise of the trains. We checked out one day earlier out of our desperation to get a good nights sleep. I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation

1 von 5 Sternen Das Ark Canary Wharf war eine große Enttäuschung. Die gesamte Unterkunft macht einen stark vernachlässigten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wirken, als wären sie seit Jahren nicht mehr ordentlich instand gehalten worden. Besonders auffällig war der Zustand der Teppiche auf den Fluren. Diese waren in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, stark abgenutzt und vermittelten keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Zimmer selbst zeigten deutliche Verschleißerscheinungen und eine teilweise beschädigte Ausstattung. Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Zwar war das Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts angenehm kühl, sodass dies kein akutes Problem darstellte, dennoch entspricht das nicht unbedingt dem Standard, den man bei einer Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse erwarten würde. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass Wartung, Renovierung und allgemeine Instandhaltung über lange Zeit vernachlässigt wurden. Für den verlangten Preis ist das Angebot aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht angemessen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen und können sie leider nicht empfehlen.

The room as usual was spotless and immaculate, though the bed is a small double it is still very comfy and the two of us had no complaints about it. Room amenities are great, kettle, electric hob, microwave and there's even washing up liquid and a sponge. The fitness rooms are more than adequately for mo needs. The 'icing on the cake' has to be the 20th floor swimming pool and jacuzzi with its view across the Thames (there's also a sauna and steam room). The on the 20th floor is spacious and relaxing and a great variety of drinks to suit everyone. My one disappointment is the size of the shower, very compact but the water pressure is great.
