The swimming pool is really great. The only thing I was not pleased about was that I was in a box room when I opened the blind; I was looking into somebody's kitchen. So I could not open the blind through out the stay. The reception is clean and feels welcoming.

The best thing about the stay was the pool and jacuzzi. I had to move 3 rooms as they had multiple issues such as base boards broken and bad TV connectivity. The staff were helpful but there were some inconveniences.

I especially like the top floor pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. The location was fantastic and the facilities onsite. The manager gave me a tour of the building and was impressed with the cinema, golf simulator & work spaces. A real community as a co living space.

Great weekend. Stayed there for three nights and I loved it. Great staffs, clean room even though the bathroom was a bit small. Loved the amenities(jacuzzi, pool, sauna, gym , steam room) although towards the ending of my stay, the jacuzzi wasn’t hot anymore. Affordable too so would recommend. If you don’t mind a little bit of noise, then it’s the best room for you due to the fact that the building and room is close to the train station. Would recommend

It's my 2nd time at ARK and I have already booked my next stay. However I had some drinks glasses delivered to my room and the bottoms were still very dirty so I just used the clean mugs provided in the room. Otherwise the atmosphere, people, location and rooms are all phenomenal.

Always stayed at Ark Apart Hotel. Staff are always excellent and always willing to help. I would highly recommend staying at the Ark, where everything located in canar wharf. Easy access to central london.

Property is in a convenient location for the 02 and has a lovely cafe and cool common areas. The rooms themselves are very basic and small and could do with a bit of love. We had some issues with our bathroom on arrival and instead of being moved into one of the many vacant rooms we had to sit and wait for maintenance, which felt a little unfair considering we were away on a birthday trip and had plans.
