The Kew Gardens Hotel was perfect! Just around the corner from Kew Metro Station and the cutest little “square “ with lots of great restaurants and shops! A Tesco open from 7-11 was perfect! Coffee shops, easy access to the city, and Kew Gardens!! It has a lovely pub on the main floor that serves breakfast etc… I am so glad I picked this one!!!!

It's an older hotel, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the room was a good size. Location is brilliant for arriving by Tube and for visiting Kew Gardens. Dinner was also very tasty and good value.

The Location of the Pub was Perfect and the pub looked great (didn’t eat) . The room we stayed in and looking at the other reviews seems to be the same story, Tired, Dirty, lacking basics and need some investment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money.

Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall would recommend this hotel!

Rooms were small, but adequate. Both sets of parents stopped in these rooms as they were there for our wedding. They found the rooms to be quite warm and my parents struggled to open the patio doors as the latch at the top was quite high up. The rest was ok.

Slightly convenient location but rooms are definitely portrayed very different in the photos than reality. No good air flow, old fans provided that barely put out a puff of air, bathroom was musty and everything seemed worn down. The best was hard as a rock. Plenty of other nearby choices for stays that are actually cheaper/just as convenient.

We stayed at several hotels in England and this was one of our favorites. It didn’t have an elevator but the young man (I wish I knew his name) was SO helpful, carrying our bags upstairs for us, answering questions. We were able to keep our luggage there the day we checked out while we went downtown (and the young man carried them up to and from the third floor for us!). The food at the restaurant was good and the staff very friendly. It was close to the train station which was convenient.
