The room was amazing. Everything controlled by in-room remote control. Love the dressing room and bathroom design. It was simply a great stay and one which you would expect for a high end 5 star hotel in London. We have stayed at the Dorchester, Savoy, Claridges, Goring, Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz, and we think we like the Peninsular hotel room the best so far.
Incredible property. Room was more than we expected, staff was incredible, noodle bar was exactly what we needed with a comfy chill vibe. The pool was great as was the sauna and steam room.
Highly recommend
I’ve been to many hotels that cost thousands of dollars per night, and I consider this one as top 5 I ever been at.
Great service, phenomenal attention to details and great material in the rooms.
The only drew back is the food , which is mediocre at best, but since you are in London, there are more than enough options to dine out.
I travel a lot for business and this is certainly the best hotel in London and one of the nicest at which I have stayed anywhere in the world. The service is impeccable. Very professional yet warm and friendly.
All I can say is that I can’t wait to go back.
Absolutely the best hotel experience that I’ve ever had.
Attentive staff is the best part of the whole experience. They were thoughtful, caring, and very reactive and respectful.
As a new hotel you would think it may lack that sense of history and character of other London hotels…this was absolutely not the case. Fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful, service is impeccable and all the facilities you could want. Beautiful small touches to make you feel special. We also loved the bar and the restaurant Brooklands is an absolute must! The best Michelin starred restaurant we have been to so far.
There is simply no better hotel in London ive stayed at them all incl 4seas, lanesborough, etc. Expensive but in comparison to the other options absolutely worth it. Fantastic location. Free car service within 20mins. I could go on and on. Its actually the best Peninsula imo, beating even Beverly Hills and Hong Kong. Brand new. Phenomenal gym. Next to the park. Between knightsbridge and mayfair. Great room service. Excellent lounge area down in lobby to do work or socialize. Yes, it does attract a lot of the showy middle eastern money so if that bothers you try The Goring or something more WASPY. But in my not so humble opinion this is one of the greatest city hotels in tbe world.
The Peninsula London is one of the finest hotels I've stayed in across the world. What's sets this hotel apart is many factors. First is the world class staff, they are excellent! 5 Star service. Next is the dining options. Brooklands is a phenomenal dining experience on the 8th floor with incredible service and 7 course tasting menu. Canton Blue, is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been and is a 10/10 for theme, decor, and of course the food! Location is literally walking distance from the heart of London, you can walk almost anywhere you want to go. The gym is 5 stars along with the world class pool. My only complaint about the hotel is that it is TOO good. I barely spent any time exploring London instead I just relaxed most days in my hotel and slept in the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. 4 nights there was the best sleep I've gotten in over a year and I'm leaving fresh and recharged! Thank you!
What an amazing stay. This was a booking for my husbands special birthday and boy did they deliver.
From the start - impeccable service. Even when there was a mix up on room photos on site vs reality the manager quickly rectified this.
Everything was outstanding - the restaurants were superb; especially The Lobby & Brooklands - Michelin star quality and accommodating for our picky kids palates! The bar opposite brooklands was nice too - great cocktails but one of the waitresses was unnecessarily rude & unprofessional when we pointed out that she got my husband’s drink wrong!
The spa was a lovely highlight. New and peaceful. Some of the staff were unnecessarily overbearing and disruptive!
But the pies de resistance which made up for the tiny issues has to be the suites - absolutely amazing - beautifully designed, spacious for central London and incredibly comfortable. Slept like a baby and the boys loved it. Room service was fab too. They also made an effort to decorate it with balloons and some chanpagne and treats for the kids.
Overall - superb service & memories! Almost perfect if not for a few staff members. Will def consider coming again.

The spa was a lovely highlight. New facilities and peaceful ambience. However, 1 or 2 of the staff were quite overbearing and imposing! Despite that however the kids had fun thanks to some helpful pool toys & colourful fruit ice lollies!
