When we arrived at the hotel the rooms were not ready even though it was after check in time. With Expedia the hotel received their money but we received only one of the rooms. I asked to speak to a manager who later I realized was the person watching me interact with the staff member who was trying to check us in. This "manager" would help other customers who were after us but we knew she was avoiding us instead of trying to rectify the situation. I asked then to speak to another manager if possible because I was tired of being ignored. Another manager did finally come and did rectify the situation. Needless to say it shouldn't have taken my persistence and two managers to rectify the situation if this hotel truly offered great customer service. We will be coming back to London but not to this hotel.
