"First time in London, we wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the sites by walking, but also gave us a chance to explore the more laid back areas. This had a good location, great service, very helpful staff, very fancy room and clean comfortable bed. Thought about staying longer, I'd definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. There’s some nice shops nearby. Formative coffee makes a great flat white. The rooms were in very good condition, the staff was incredibly attentive and my room was very quiet. I could not hear anything from neighboring rooms and the hotel is away from traffic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. "

"Dated, old fashioned hotel. Awkward bathroom. Comfortable bed. Cheery staff. First time I’ve ever been asked to tip the staff upon departure. Hotel management seems to be on an aggressive marketing surge in many aspects. I suppose this the future but it’s exhausting "
