Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at the Riu The Westminster in London. It was our first time staying at the hotel and we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options. Location was great - close to grocery store and bus stops. Would stay here again!"

"Check in was appalling. We arrived early, checked in and then receieved the text to say we could collect our key on our phone but this couldn't be done so we had to check in again with all rhe guests arriving at 3pm which we tried to avoid by arriving early. Staff on the desk were neither sympathetic or very helpful. Having to book a time slot to use the pool meant we couldn't use it as we couldn't make it work time wise. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean and quiet all night but the check in process was a shambles"

"Excellent hotel and location. Good AC. Nice bars and restaurants attached to the hotel. Breakfast portions bit small but tasty. Gym / spa could use an actual spa with steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis and not just a spa for treatments. Otherwise a great hotel with good service."

"The hotel is a bit weird, but in a great location. The name of the hotel is just the address and the lobby area is filled with Philip Stark art which is all a bit haphazardly placed about. The corridors to the rooms are weird - remind me of a cheap hotel. But the rooms were nice and the breakfast area and food were excellent. Can’t beat the location."
