The staff are discreet but above all courteous, welcoming and helpful despite the volume of customers. It's a very lively place while still being calming. I highly recommend 😊."

"We stayed there on our trip to London. It was our first time in the city. We were excited to be there and spent many time reviewing many reviews and this one had the best for us. It was close to everything where we could walk and close to train stations. The staff at this hotel were more than amazing. It was clean. The room was big. There were three of us in the room and it had everything we could want. Checking in and out was smooth even though we had an early check-in. We did not eat in the restaurant however I got coffee every morning from a lovely lady who worked there and drank it in the beautiful lobby looking out at London. Our day was excellent and for sure we will recommend it and stay there again."
