"Overnight stay was good. Quiet room and all facilities provided. The biscuits in the room were priced well over the top, as were all other items. No complementary items except tea and coffee. Bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"We love this hotel and stay here every couple of months to enjoy the local nightlife. However on this occasion the reception staff were cold and very unfriendly. This took us by surprise as on all other stays the staff were fantastic. All other parts of the stay were fantastic. The room was lovely and very clean. "I stay at this hotel every time I visit London for work. It has a great central location, close to the Tube and walking distance to many parks. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean! I only provided a 4 star this time as the internet connection was so weak, it was hard to do any work in the hotel; and the elevators were under maintenance and jt would take awhile in the morning rush to go up & down. "

Nice selection for breakfast and lots of options for coffee and teas. Evening bar staff at Haxells excellent choice of cocktails and friendly with all guests making the stay relaxed and enjoyable."
