「Knoll House has a lot going for it - the location is fantastic, the facilities are good and there’s loads of space. It could be great, but our experience was of a hotel that is unloved and needs someone to take real pride in it to help it reach its potential. On arrival, the welcome was very brief. 「I can't fault the Hotel except for the large number of stairs to climb. we were on the second floor At 68 I had not anticipated the climb everytime I went back to the room. I must add the Breakfast was good but yet down more stairs This must not be taken as a bad review but I would urge others to take this comment into consideration」
