「Comfortable bed, lighting could be better. Larger amount of shower gel please. We just about had enough for the 2 of us for evening and morning shower. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Availability of car parking although a little tight going up the ramp in a large car, watch your wheels!」

「This is a lovely hotel, very well appointed with generally very helpful staff and lovely rooms and a magnificent building. The only issue we had was with the service at breakfast (no problems with service at dinner at all). We were left standing waiting to be seated for some time as the queue was not really visible to the main dining area and no-one was seemingly assigned to the desk. In addition the tea and coffee orders were very slow to come (this on more than one occasion) so much so we had...
