Another wonderful stay! Rooms and bathrooms are stunning and ultra clean. I received a complementary upgrade to a king room both times as part of being on platinum level of Expedia, gorgeous and spacious. Staff are warm and very attentive and spa is beautiful! Plenty of dining options too.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. A family with 4 young children and we were really looked after. The service was good and the hotel is amazing. It helped that the hotel had great activities for children for half term. The only fault is the pool times for children are a bit limited but it was fine.

Great hotel to stay for the Ascot horse races

Excelent hotel very near to the Egham train station where trains are going to Askot taking about 15 minutes, avoiding the long trafic queues to reach Askot by car. Very good restaurants and bar, indoor and outdoor pool as well as a spa. The staff is very fiendly and get everything you need. It is clearly an option for next year Askot races.

Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying.
