「Its name is completely misleading as it is far from a hotel or what you would expect from a hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever and more akin to a B&B, which would have been fine except for the smell. I cannot recommend this place. 」

「I cannot fault my stay, from start to finish it was superb from the very welcoming and friendly Roberto where absolutely nothing was to much trouble, to how amazingly clean and well kept the communal areas were, to the fantastic room i stayed in. I have stayed in a fair few hotels in Bournemouth but this one stands head and shoulders above all of them in terms of staff, cleanliness, location, comfiness of bed and it was so quiet. 「A touch of the Mediterranean in Bournmouth. A very clean and art deco styled hotel with great food and friendly staff. Great outdoor pool and hotel is on the beach.」

「This is deservedly a 4 star hotel. Almost everything rings quality. The food is of high quality, that is breakfast and dinner. The staf go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It was just the outside appearance. All painted surfaces need urgent treatment. A great stay. May well go there again!」

「Unfortunately on 2nd floor shower was cold to barely lukewarm for the entire weekend in March. Heating too was off when we arrived but later fixed. No breakfast available and noise throughout the night with banging doors talking laughing etc. Odour exists in rooms and corridors. Hotel is a throwback to the 60's and badly in need of a total renovation. However the price is quite cheap so you get what you pay for.」

「De Lodge viel erg tegen. Het was oud en niet comfortabel. Douchen moest in bad onder een schuin plafond waardoor je niet kon staan. Het eten in het restaurant was goed. Zowel ontbijt als diner. Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.」

「Worst sleep ever in a very old bed. Rooms need updating as does the tired looking hotel. Luckily it wasn’t peak season as this hotel isn’t worth the money you’ll pay. 」
