I would like to mention, a waitress with a pony tail, she was very efficient, seemed to know her job very well, and was a people person. "The 6minute walk from the X3 bus stop with our small suitcases was really pleasant. The location was perfectly situated with easy access to the gardens, beach, promenade, the BIC, the Odeon & main shoppping areas. Upon arrival, Ali at Reception was welcoming & friendly. When we were disappointed to find the superior room had a double bed & not the twin bedded room as requested, Ali moved us to a spacious, 1st floor, sea-facing room with a sofa.
