The bathroom needed attention and we we not to pleased to find a window outside our room was brocken and latch didn't shut, hence window open for 2 days.Plenty of choice for breakfast and staff very attentive.Reception staff friendly and polite.

Nice hotel, the bar restaurant area has a good ambience. The Fork restaurant is ok, the battered fish was very poor, and the BBQ cauliflower dish is worth avoiding. They served stale biscuits and straight from the fridge cheese for their cheese platter but they did refund us for this dish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic, clean with a soft bed which was ok. Overall it is a good place to stay in close proximity to the beach and town. Good value for money..

Great location with easy walking distance to the beach. Nice pool and spa area. Staff were very helpful. We ate a couple of times there and the food was good. Breakfasts included a pancake making machine which was nice.

Me and my partner had a great time at this hotel lovely spa and pool downstairs was so relaxing and staff are very helpful but also give you that space to enjoy your time, the food at this hotel was delicious and the breakfast was a great start to the day , 100 percent would return here

The staff were absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy. Excellent room, But if you want air conditioning you need to pay a premium for it. I was able to charge my mobility scooter inside the function room. Lovely swimming pool and not cold either. Will definitely stay there again

Great swimming pool very warm to, outside area is great also just need a little area for the kids. Maybe even a chalk board or slide Restaurant : bar staff were great! Stayed in a classic room which is basic and little dated but perfectly adequate for the price (no air conditioning) Breakfast is typical buffet style, the cooked food was hot enough and tasted fine. We had drinks from the bar which were good and the lounge area was relaxing. Overall it’s a good clean hotel and all staff are friendly and helpful if needed. There is plenty of parking on site and the hotels location to the town centre is ideal, within walking distance and not too far to the beach to also walk to. We normally stay at this hotel when we visit Bournemouth for a short break.

The staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was nice too. Our room and the corridors looked shabby. Our bed creaked with every move, tele was so small and far away from the bed, sockets were wonky and the room is a decent size but doesn’t have any decent tables or work space to put stuff on. The biggest let down was the spa. We went for the weekend thinking we would have some treatment's but was told that a couple of months ago, the mangers stopped treatments and therapists were no longer needed. I wish we would have known this because we would not have chosen this hotel. We were really disappointed.

Great staff, location and refurbishment. Food, drink, garden and leisure facilities excellent and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. Useful perks like free water, good tea and coffee tray, an actual bath and £5 off you don't have your room cleaned to spend on food or drink. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!
