Top Bournemouth Hotel Reviews
Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were incredibly helpful and helped me with sorting arrangements for my trip"
Sea Stone Hotel
8/10 Good
"Across the road from B.I.C and short stroll to the seafront. My seaview room was large with coffee table and 2 comfy chairs in the Bay looking onto the pier and the front. Useful to have a fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with cooked options and help yourself to cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. Majority of staff were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant. Extremely small car park. Some maintenance issues - dripping tap."
The Durley Dean Hotel
8/10 Good
"The car parking is a problem we paid £15 for 24 hours , we went out for a few hours then could not get parked when we got back in the carpark as it was full"
Village Hotel Bournemouth
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice and supportive staff, clean room"
Laguna Hotel
8/10 Good
"The Laguna is a bit of a Marmite Hotel - some love it, others hate it. Yes, it's a bit ramshackle and not always as well maintained as you would like, parking can be difficult, and the beds are a bit hit or miss as to comfort. But the bedding is clean, the price is often quite low, it's a short walk to the town centre through the upper pleasure gardens and the pool is lovely. Yes, that's the best reason for selecting it - the pool is not huge (I estimate 12m long) but swimmable. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but as often as not I have been there on my own. Check the pool opening hours - sometimes they extend them slightly, so last Friday it was kept open to 8pm - useful for someone like me arriving a bit later. Be prepared to have to practice your parking skills, as much of the space is often taken by their own coach fleet. And once you have a space, walk! Westbourne with its independent shops and bars is just over 10 minutes, and the town centre a little more, with the pier and beach easily reached through the gardens."
Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth
10/10 Excellent
"Had trouble maintaining a comfortable room temperature either too hot or cold. Lack of refrigerator and safe in room was a negative."
Hotel Celebrity Bournemouth East Cliff by Villare Hotels
8/10 Good
"It was great for the price. The room did the job though it was old and worn and the shower didn’t work but I had a nice bath instead."
Hilton Bournemouth
10/10 Excellent
"It is a first class hotel the only problem was that the breakfast was not hot it was only warm"
The Connaught Lodge
8/10 Good
"I imagine this hotel is wonderful in the Summer but it was absolutely freezing, the heating wasn't even turned on in the building, there was no extra blanket or duvet in the room provided. When I told reception the next day I got blamed for not saying beforehand but wasn't told that customer service was 24/7 when I checked in? Other than that breakfast was average, room was clean bathroom tiny"
