The hotel is spectacular

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

Supreme boutique hotel with vibe that is fire! Excellent kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and with high quality rain shower. Down the street from Mansion House (underground) station and directly on the District and Circle lines. Walkable to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St. Peter’s. It is four tube stops away from House of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. All else accessible easily by public transit. I cannot wait to stay for longer and with family at an...

Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!

If perfection in the world of hospitality was possible to achieve, The Raffles OWO, has done it. This property is the exact definition of luxury at every point, a flawless master class in hospitality under any circumstances. I could tell you in this review about the stunning architectural Jewel that houses this luxury hotel. Im sure any future guest would love to read about the magnificent spa, possibly one of the best in Europe, if not the world. You might be inclined to learn that the...

Great place to stay

Great location, helpful and professional staff

My new favorite hotel with great staff and go that extra yard to help you with your stay in London. You do not always get that from from a hip hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at 41. We felt pampered from the minute that we entered 41. Extremely impressed with the whole experience. The entire staff at this hotel are extremely warm and friendly – genuinely so, and not just putting on a show. You are greeted by name by all the staff, and I was amazed that they all remembered details of our conversations, and would ask how we enjoyed the activities or meals that we experienced during our stay. We were offered a glass of...

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

This is one of my favourite London hotels. The location is second to none and the service is lovely. Although the rooms are starting to show their age a bit, they’re still lovely. My only gripes (and they’re small) are that they no longer have room toiletries from Bamford and their room service isn’t as good as it once was.

Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

Loved this hotel, the design is spectacular and the location fantastic. Suites are beautifully decorated but small. Toiletries in bathrooms bare minimum. Forgot my toothbrush and took 20 mins and 2 calls to get one. Rooftop bar is awesome but closing the terrace at 10pm (probably neighborhood restrictions) is not great. Staff at rooftop bar was a bit rude. Overall a great hotel to stay at although SoHo Hotel and Hazlitt are my two other favorites in SoHo

Great experience from start to finish. EXCELLENT customer service!!!

An absolutely beautiful city hotel with lovely rooms and outstanding service and amenities. The most comfortable bed ANYWHERE I've stayed in Europe -- and a beautiful, quiet room in spite of the central location -- such a relief! Delicious food, fun bar downstairs, wonderful service and recommendations, terrific concierge. Everything was even better than expected, and I'm a tough critic. There was a misunderstanding about our reservation, and they went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that...

If you appreciate high quality and superb traditional decorating and furnishings, this is the place to be. I prefer it to Claridge's. The greeting upon arrival is surely a singular experience. The doorman memorized our name and addressed us thus during our stay. The receptionists and concierge staff greeted us in a palatial reception room where we were provided with tea and biscuits. Our room was elegant and comfortable; somewhat small, however we chose the least costly accommodation and...

Great small hotel: of similar quality but better location than the Blake's Hotel (which is also one of my favorite small hotels in London). The bar, room service, food are top notch. The rooms are dream-like English warmth, with spotless beautiful bathrooms. This hotel has traditional decoration, it is not for the modern-seeking customer. Staff is too notch: helpful, knowledgeable, available at all hours even for a small hotel. Internet was adequate for downloading movies/clips, but I...

Amazing boutique hotel with an incredible staff. From the moment I walked in everyone of the staff made me feel as though I was the most important person there. The room was fantastic and wandering the halls to see the grand library, with books that are 100s of year old, and the first floor dining room which looked like it was set up for an event were beautiful rooms that I was not expecting to see in such s hotel. The restaurant was nice to have a cocktail or glass of wine and the breakfast...

Our room was big but outdated and looked at some huge ugly pipes. We paid a lot of money and expected to be in a 5 star room, but not in our case. Service is great at Savoy. Restaurant, morning breakfast and tea time are enjoyable. Location is good but will stay somewhere else next time
