Great value, clean and large safe apartment. The downside was the noise from the road and the apartment above. The mattresses are also very cheap and uncomfortable.

Great property! We enjoyed the stay. The apartment was clean. Communication with the registration office was not that great when we thought we might be late for check-in, but all in all this was a great place to stay.

Apartment was clean, very close to public transportation. However, we have no hot water. We complained the first day we were there. We were told they fixed it but it took a very long time. The next day we still didn’t have hot water. Complained again. Wasted all morning to get it fixed. We flew over 8 hours and couldn’t even take a hot shower. Finally, we were moved to another apartment but wasted half a day of our very limited time in London. Even in the new apartment there was not enough hot water to take four 5-10 min showers.
