Very quirky and fun hotel with excellent service and a great location. The bed was comfortable- the room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend staying here.

I can not say enough great things about this hotel. The staff(ALL of them, and I seriously mean ALL of them) were kind, helpful, accommodating and friendly. They felt like friends by the end of our two night stay. The location is great!!! The walkway light display was incredible. The room was amazing. And I want that bed and bedding! We ate at Thirteen. Wow. The food and drinks were impeccable. The DJ was awesome. The design was beautiful. I think I’ve used all the adjectives I can. That’s how much I love this place! Don’t miss out!

Everything at this hotel is top notch, except for one aspect. The cleaning staff seem to be having issues and often didn't clean things or left the room, partly cleaned with their cleaning supplies and equipment still in our room. The rooms are absolutely dreamy, and the location is wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff was incredible, very helpful, very responsive, very courteous. The spa was great and included. There is a Taxi stand right in front of the hotel and a Metro station right in front so transportation is fantastic. Many café/Bars in close walking distance. Very centrally located to several attractions. We had the quad room at the top which was nice, very clean and plenty of room. The maid service was prompt and very good. The breakfast was good and decently priced. I don't have a single complaint on this hotel. Highly recommended.

Unique, comfortable stay!

This is a unique hotel, with punk-gothicy decor and vibes. Staff was very nice, everything was very smooth, and I'd certainly stay again. Bed was very comfy, robes and slippers were a nice touch. Mini bar was very well equipped. It is nearby to a tube station and walkable to the heart of Covent Garden and the theatre district.

Funky and comfortable

The rooms all have funky names - I stayed in the ‘Devils Tattoo’! Fun decor without being too OTT. I extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom amenities - the body lotion smells divine. A little tricky to find if you go off maps. Walk through the screen walkway off Denmark Street. Staff were very friendly ✨

Château Denmark is a bucket list destination. If you want the most interesting and unique part of London, stay here. The best part? The staff. You receive a butler, in my case Jose who was the most accessible and generous caretaker during my stay. The amenities are world class, and you will want for nothing. Book this property experience immediately. It’s the greatest most special secret stay I know.

Chateau Denmark London offers a unique London experience. I chose this hotel based on the unique description and it did not disappoint. The location is close (walkable) to Trafalger square and surrounding areas which offers a vibrant London experience. The Outernet experience is really cool and you will find yourself standing in the hotel entrance just to take it in. We stayed in the apartments which do offer a unique experience and may not be for everyone (check out the rooms they offer). The butler service is great and made navigation of the stairs with luggage a breeze (they brought them up and down). Thirteen has a cool vibe but we were only able to visit for coffee and also didn’t have a chance to visit the rooftop. As noted by other reviews, you may hear some street noise. Noise from nightlife wasn’t an issue as it seemed to die down, but I did hear what I assume was trash service working the street early in the morning. However, if you take advantage of the in-room speakers you can create an immersive white noise experience. The rooms offer a high tech control system to set the vibe you want and my only minor complaint is that it can by fairly dark even with lights on full. Overall this was a really cool place to stay and unlike a “typical” hotel. I highly recommend if you are looking for a unique experience with great service during your stay in London.

Chateau Denmark doesn’t feel like any hotel I’ve ever visited. It is more like a selection of themed rooms for rent. The decor is funky and rather fun and the property is convenient to the West End but it lacks a heart. There are no public areas, dining options or room service. I would describe my experience as “transactional” with no pretence of any actual hospitality or customer service. The business model appears to be blatantly and single-mindedly mercenary and designed with the sole objective of maximising revenue per guest.
