"Everyone was helpful and nice. Property was close to Disneyland and DisneySea. Breakfast was good, but some items were not warm enough like poached eggs with waffle and hamburger with bun. Breakfast lacked berries and nuts. Scrambled eggs were a bit runny instead of more firmly cooked. I loved the curry and steamed rice. I loved the fresh orange juice and berry smoothie. I enjoyed the boiled chicken and salad at the salad bar. I loved the croissants and curry buns. Laundry doesn't dry very well, so put the maximum time allowed. Laundry machines were easy to operate. I loved the lounge bar with treats and drinks. "

"Very convenient for visiting Disney. Staff that couldn’t speak English had translating apps handy to facilitate communication. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods, including granola, yogurt, some cereals, pancakes or waffles, pastries, and muffins. Lunch foods (French fries, broccoli, carrots, and a salad bar) and more traditional Japanese foods were also available. Wheelchair accessible room was equipped with safety handles but also a surprisingly high bathtub with hand and wall shower options. Hotel provided a shower chair upon request."

"We had a lovely three-night stay while visiting Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland. The complimentary shuttle made everything seamless, with easy access to the monorail and convenient pick-up from the parks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and our ocean-view balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay offered beautiful sunset views. Breakfast was efficient and well-organised, with a good variety. Staff were warm and helpful throughout. We would happily stay again."

"The room with a view to Disneyland is extremely nice. The size was gre6for three adults. The public bath is a unique experience and us included with the price of the stay. The breakfast is also unique and the wood fired pizza is very good. The staff is very helpful and the free shuttle to Disneyland is a bonus. The hotel is in a quiet area with few restaurants within walking distance. Great stay, I loved it."

"Massive rooms! Such an amazing experience. Perfect location for shuttle or quick walk to Disneyland. Mall right next door with lots of shops, food spots and a supermarket. Highly recommend!"

"Room: Noticed the bed sheet was not cleaned well. Dunna cover I mean. It got spota on it. Also, the room was cleaned but def not vacuumed. Restaurant: Pizza was not good at all, Burger under cooked but the staff were very apologetic. On the other hand, staff were very, very nice."
