We loved staying at the Disneyland Hotel. It is a magical hotel and literally infront of Disneyland. The monorail train is also infront of the hotel to catch a ride to Disney Sea. The room was perfect for our family, very spacious, liked the bathroom and shower being separate. We would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at this amazing hotel.

This resort was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel itself is gorgeous. And your comment be closer to the park entry; the monorail to get to DisneySea is also right off the back entrance.

This hotel was breathtaking. We had a very large theme room with trundle so each of the 4 of us got our own bed. The bathrooms were extremely clean , not a speck of dust on baseboard. The grounds were creative and fun. the Disneyland front gate was out the hotel front door and about a one minute walk away!! Only downfall, way overpriced breakfast buffet for what they have to offer.

The property was gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Our room (standard I think) was spacious, clean and Disney-themed. The amenities were amazing as well. We went to the gift shop on the 1st floor several times for drinks and delicious snacks like musubi, ice cream, and cup ramen. The staff was friendly and often approached us first to assist us - when checking in, to give us directions, and getting us a taxi to our next hotel in literal seconds. The proximity of the hotel to Disneyland and the Disney Resort Line was super convenient. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed and would absolutely recommend!

Hotel was very convenient for Disneyland access. Recommend staying here for Disneyland only. This hotel is not recommended for DisneySea as you don’t have the added benefit of early entry. The early entry makes a huge difference for park access to rides. Otherwise, recommend this hotel as the rooms are roomy and comfortably fit a family of 4. The laundry room can get pretty busy so be ready for that.

We stayed in a regular alcove room and an Alice in Wonderland themed room. The Alice room was cute but a bit dated. The hotel was pretty clean. The TV did not have Disney plus or any streaming. This was odd given the location and price point. I prefer our hotel in Tokyo that is a fraction of the price. If I could do it again, I would not stay here.

Impressive service. Dropped off luggages at Welcome Centre in the morning and baggage were delivered to hotel and sent the room after checked in. Hands were free to go! you can leave the luggage in room and have them picked up and sent to bell desk on the check out day. A very great customer service on the check out day when you are hussle for the early entry of disneyland.

The property location is amazing, right next to Tokyo DisneyLand, with easy monorail access right there too get to Disney Sea and walkable to nearby shopping. There is also a very good onsite gift shop with the same items as within the park. The amenities in the room were great. The staff was super nice and super helpful from check in to check out. Only negatives are the rooms seem a bit dated, and there was a lot of dust on the carpets. There were limited options for onsite eating but there are plenty of places to eat within 10 minute walk. The onsite grocery/convenience store was nice to have but everything is written in Japanese so hard for foreigners to find out what they are buying without Google Translate. Overall a 4/5 rating.
