"Check in was difficult. It took a long time to find our reservation. The room was described accurately, but we would reserve a different room in the future. A full size bed is sufficient for me and my husband to sleep in, but the room was too small for two people and two suitcases. That said, the room was perfectly clean, great amenities, bathroom was fine."

"This was such a lovely hotel. The first place we stayed on arriving in Japan and it left a lasting, very happy, impression. They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses!
