"I really loved this hotel because of its charm. The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly. I love the complimentary morning breakfasts. There were so many pleasant touches including robes and pajamas. The room was clean and just the right size for us. Location was excellent being a couple of blocks from a major terminal accessing buses and subway. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."
