"The hotel was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. And the area was amazing. Right next to a train station to get wherever you need. A convenience store right next door plus several food options nearby for a light early morning breakfast or coffee. The area was also quiet which was pleasant. I also highly recommend exploring the area a bit nearby, I found several nice small restaurants to eat at that were good."

"A standard business hotel room, albeit a pretty nice one, toilet paper notwithstanding. **Positives: *Check-in went super-smooth with the help of a staffer there. That was nice. *There's a table full of amenities; note that that's where you'll get instant coffee, if you're looking for that. *Two vending machines (3F & lobby) covered my canned coffee requirements. **Neutral: *The area kinda feels like it belongs to the older people during the day and the younger people at night. *Speaking of the area, it features an Anytime Fitness VERY close to the hotel (which I have a membership at) and a kaitenzushi that I went to twice during my three day stay. I other words, I like the area -- in short bursts, anyhow. **Negatives: *The shower head is the kind that always wants to point at the wall, which is bit annoying. *As with another Sotetsu Fresa Inn I stayed at recently (in Sendai), this one features possibly the flimsiest toilet paper I've ever seen, coupled with a 'don't waste the toilet paper' sticker in the bathroom, which comes off as oddly insulting, given the awful toilet paper they're handing out. "Chintzy toilet paper that we're cheapskates about" isn't normally something you want to convey, man. *The only path from the elevator to the front door passes by the front desk, which creates a feeling of having my comings and going monitored; I don't care for that."

"It appeared that the hotel has three separate buildings clustered close together. I stayed in the main building, which had a simple, compact design that was functional, clean, and comfortable. The older gentleman with glasses at the front desk was especially courteous and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The location is excellent if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland—it’s only two stations away and very convenient. There’s also a 24-hour convenience store right next door, which was a big plus. Another convenience was the direct train ride to Tokyo Station, which took about 22 minutes with no transfer. Overall, a clean, practical hotel in a very convenient location."

"We loved the property! It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, there is a bus stop right outside and another bus stop about 5 minutes away. 7/11 is almost right beside here. We loved being away from the heavy tourist areas to stay and being around more locals here. Everyone around here was very nice. Everything we needed was here. 2 toilets and enough room for everyone to get ready for the day comfortably. We talked about it as we were leaving and said next time in Tokyo we would definitely stay here again. (Always remember trains do not run all night! But you can be out till almost 1am and still get a train back here!) Thank you again for the amazing place to stay and we will be back again….. soon we hope!"
