"We loved this hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was so clean, room service done everyday and loved that they gave you the essentials you need like toothbrush, hair brush, toothpaste, shavers, lotion etc.. our only complain was the dryer took like 3-4 times to dry up :/ other than that everything was good we had a great experience definitely coming back to this hotel 10/10 ✨"

"We stayed here primarily to visit Disney so in that respect it was perfect, free buses run throughout the day to and from on a regular basis and unlike America they don’t drop you miles away from the entrance either. There are trains to Tokyo central but they involve several changes. The room had two small double beds, a separate Japanese toilet and the most fantastic bath, shorter and deeper than the UK and always plenty of hot water. There are pyjamas provided and guests wear them throughout the hotel but as average sized Brits they were a bit on the small side. There is a shower but I didn’t use it as the room seems to be a wet room but I didn’t want to flood the place 😬. Small fridge and safe in room. There is a 7-11 on site but the seating area outside was closed every time we visited. You can get the free bus to Disney and walk to the “Downtown” area where there are shops and restaurants. Breakfast was interesting, all the usuals Candy floss, cold Brussels sprouts, Melon Fanta and chocolate fountain also many Japanese specialties. You can get the bus to Disney and then pick up a bus to the airport but we had over 90 kilos of baggage so got a taxi."

"The rooms are very tight. I do like the rain head shower. We had 4 people in the room so basically you have 4 twin beds with no space. The pool isn’t like in America where you can swim and hang out. You have to have someone there to monitor you. The public bath .. you have to walk out of the hotel next door to use. It’s not in the same hotel elevator. Hotel shuttle is a plus and great to use to go to the parks. Overall hotel isn’t bad if you are just doing Disney only. It’s not close to any convenience store."

"I would say this stay was “just ok”. Rooms were clean enough, but building is very outdated. Lobby needs a major refresh. Rooms could use a major update. That being said, it was very nice to have a large bed for my husband and I to spread out on while also having bunk beds for our 2 kids. No space in the room to open more than one large luggage so be aware of that! Location is quite far and not on a train line — you have to take a bus from the train station about 10 stops or walk a decent way. Not great if it’s hot or rainy (was rainy for us). Fine for us because we’re ok on the bus, but again definitely something to be aware of. Has a free bus shuttle to/from both Disney parks with a stop at the train station every day, but it does stop pretty much right when park closes, so plan ahead. First shuttle of the morning is very crowded so arrive early. The outside of the hotel was completely covered in scaffolding which we weren’t aware to expect. Not sure how long they’ll be working on it, but made it so we had zero view."

"Nice and clean facilities, good for explorers that will spend most of the day outside and come back for a good shower and rest. Breakfast options are limited but you can also cook. There are stores in the area, one just crossing the street with many options. Location is great for the metro station."

"Our stay at the Urayasu Brighton was superb! We booked it for a Tokyo Disney trip and were attracted by it's location close to the train station and the free park shuttle. From the moment you arrive, you know this property is well maintained with pride. The staff looked and performed very professionally. We arrived before check-in time and left our luggage with the bell desk and were given a note card to show when we returned later at check-in time to get room keys. The hotel had already moved our bags into the room! The process was so simple and what a relief! Our room was comfortable and the bathroom generous with integrated shower and tub which we immediately took advantage of. The hotel provided bath soaking salts and we also got a bath bomb from the nearest drugstore. Breakfast was superb and perfect way to start the day! The variety of dishes and quality was excellent! On this trip, we had to add an additional day to our stay which meant we had to move rooms, and the staff was already aware when we did the initial check-in and made that transition as easy as possible as well. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that part of Tokyo!"
