"Not enough employees to handle the resort. No coffee pods in rooms. Leaky showers. No dish towel. If you use up the sm roll of paper towels you have to pay for more!!! Terrible dinner service in Valencia restaurant - served similar to fast food. Hot tub was grossly dirty. Poor labeling of room numbers. Very sm hallways. Best toddler pool ever! Many dead trees. "

Needs more quick service food options available in the hotel at reasonable prices. Parking in Orlando area hotels is outrageous and getting worse everywhere. "
