"Staff is mediocre at best. The hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. “Resort fee”, “parking fee”, late check out etc etc. I had 3 towels for 5 people. I had to hunt down towels every day. "

"Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of. I completed the online check-in ahead of time and arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. I understood that standard check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, so I expected to wait. However, it was frustrating watching guests who arrived hours after me receive rooms before I did. I didn’t receive my room until more than four hours later, which made the wait feel unnecessary and poorly managed. Another major thing to be aware of is the shuttle system. It’s not what many guests might expect. There are only two shuttle departures in the morning and one return shuttle at night. Because of this limited schedule, you won’t realistically be able to stay for late shows or nighttime events if you rely on the shuttle. On top of that, the shuttle was not always reliable. There were times when it showed up very late or didn’t appear at all. If you have restaurant reservations or specific plans, I would strongly recommend using Lyft or Uber instead. That said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay was fine, but better organization with room assignments and a more reliable shuttle system would significantly improve the experience. "

"I knew nothing about the Swan or Disney World properties and due to flight delays ended up here for 24 hours via Expedia. Everything was seamless and I lucked into a corner view room. The water shuttle made exploring Epcot and The Boardwalk not at all exhausting during such a short stay. Every restaurant was delicious and the service outstanding!"

"We had to change rooms because we were given a handicap room and it was at the end of a busy sidewalk. Everyone coming out of the main building walked up to our first floor balcony and looked into our room. We could t open our curtains. They moved us the next day and the room was great. "
