"We stayed for a week and had a great overall experience. Breakfast was excellent—definitely worth going earlier, as it gets very crowded between 9–10 a.m. The rooms were modern and clean, and the European-style showers (open with a glass panel) looked sleek, though they can leave the bathroom floor wet—especially with kids. The pools were fantastic and never felt overcrowded. There’s no microwave in the rooms, and housekeeping only comes every three days, so you’ll need to request daily coffee refills and fresh towels if needed. One downside is that the walls aren’t very well insulated, so you can hear street noise and hallway activity. Also, the smoke detector is positioned near the bed, and the blinking light can be a bit distracting at night. Front desk staff was very friendly, Alejandro was very welcoming and provided great check in experience. "

"This was a beautiful resort! It was the first time I truly felt like I was in Cancun. The place is amazing, and the customer service is top-notch. The restaurants were delicious, and everything about the resort made it a great place to relax. Traveling with kids can make relaxing a little harder, but they do have plenty of activities to keep them busy, which we really appreciated. We celebrated my son’s birthday during our stay, and I was hoping they would do something small like a card or acknowledgment, but unfortunately they didn’t—that part was a bit disappointing. Overall, we loved it and would definitely come back!"
