"This was my second time staying and this time I brought my family! We had an exceptional time! The staff again were amazing the rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone felt right at home! The only problem I had was that I had paid for my room in full which was at the request of the staff but a few days later I had a big charge on my account not once but twice for $260.23 which I went and asked the staff and they told me it was a security deposit and I said no you charged me $100 for the security deposit and they said no that the rates went up and I was never told that so renters beware that you will be charged $260.23 everyday that you stay without being told! Other than me paying $5520.46 security deposit fee that I have not received back it’s a nice place to stay!"

"Our stay was amazing. The suite was excellent for us—perfect for my husband and me, with a separate room and bathroom for my sister. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to cook on some days. The TVs, cleanliness, and overall comfort were great. The location was excellent, right next to the outlets and, of course, very close to the parks. We will definitely be back again."
