The property is going through a renovation, so some construction going on, the room was good with some minor things that needed to be repaired or touched up ( due to a renovation), staff was very helpful, free breakfast was great, plenty of parking, and a later check out was perfect not rushing ro leave. Great location to the Disney parks

The location of the hotel with respect to the tourist area is excellent, everything is close. The attentiom of the staff is very warm and there is always a solution to whatever may arise. The cleanliness was optimal because every day I was there there was room organization, change of towels and supply of liquids. It was a 10/10 stay. Thank you team.

The hotel was under renovation, but it didn't hinder our stay. You could tell the areas that were already worked on and those that needed updating. The room was nice and spacious and clean. We did have an HVAC closet in our room, which I found strange. The Continental Breakfast was decent - you could make your own waffles. We stayed 2 nights and it was just fine for our family of 4.

The room was clean, the AC was very loud every time it turned on (every 20 mins) and it woke us up all night. The AC door that is located off the bedroom needs to be soundproofed. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Everything was great was a strange smell when we first walked into our room but overall great and second time staying here and would most definitely come back again ! Staff was very friendly and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and parking as well.

Overall, our stay was excellent. They were remodeling, so there were construction crews about, but things were still clean and tidy and we didn’t feel inconvenienced or disappointed. The room worked great, was very clean, and housekeeping came daily to freshen the room, empty trash, and provide fresh bath towels, etc. We had a king suite, which was mostly just a larger hotel room with a separate room for sleeping. With other hotels/suites we’ve booked, there was not the standard sized fridge/freezer combo we’re used to, no dish washer, no hot plate, no kitchen pots/pans/plates/flatware. The included fridge was just your tiny fridge that you find in most every other hotel room. There was also a microwave and coffee maker (we didn’t use it), which was to be expected. The hot breakfast was nice and fresh: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, muffins, juices, yogurt, French toast sticks, plenty to choose from. The hotel staff were all very nice, cheerful, and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located within minutes of Disneyworld, Seaworld, and Universal Studios. Also, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby (Walmart, Sam’s Club, etc.). Would we stay with Montreal Suites agsin? Absolutely!
