"Our family absolutely loves staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG! This was our second stay here, and once again everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The entire staff is amazing, but we especially want to thank Alexander and Milton at the front desk, and Viviana and Daniela from the breakfast team. They are always so professional, friendly, kind, and welcoming. Every staff member truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated, and their kindness makes the whole experience even more special. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of two adults, two kids, and two dogs. It is not always easy to find a hotel that makes everyone — including pets — feel so welcome, but this hotel absolutely does. The pools are always so much fun, and the game room is our kids’ favorite place in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the warm service from the staff made it even better. Another big plus is the free and secure parking with plenty of spaces available. The location is also excellent — very close to the Disney parks and conveniently located near Universal and SeaWorld as well. This hotel has become a special place for our family. It is the kind of place where you feel sad when it is time to leave and happy the moment you arrive. We already look forward to our next visit! "This was a great hotel. There were only a few issues during my stay 1) There was significant police activity a few rooms down from me, with about 5+ offers present, I think because someone may not have paid and then refused to leave their room. 2) If you are sensitive to smells (esp. if they can trigger migraines), this hotel pumps some sort of scene through its vent system, at least it seems that way. And it was strong. 3) The bedrooms don't have much light in them, so the room can be very dark at night. Other than that, everything was great. The outdoor jacuzzis and lazy river looked beautiful (it was too cold to go in when I visited). The dining area was very well kept and prepared, with a nice selection of food. And the staff were very professional. I had a pretty peaceful stay here while traveling for business."
