"Overall, I liked the hotel. The space is great and well equipped. However, there is some kind of equipment that is very noisy, especially at night, which can be quite disturbing. Also, the lack of an elevator is a major inconvenience when carrying luggage up to the third floor, especially when traveling with children."

"This resort has a beautiful, quiet walking trail around the property. The rooms are very generous in size and we highly recommend the 3 bed 3 bath. That is why we keep coming back. That being said, there are some pretty severe signs of wear around the pool area (old fire pit are, umbrellas that don't go up, bricks around the hot tub) and also in the waterpark around the lazy river. Simple things like picking the trash out of the bushes or small ponds would make a huge difference. I hope they continue to invest in this property and bring it back up to 5 stars. It is a great location and beautiful grounds! "

"Everything was great - clean, tidy, not too loud. Breakfast buffet had wonderful choices and is great before you go to the parks for the day. Staff is present 24/7 and so kind. We will definitely be staying here again."
