"Check in starts at 4 - waited an hour in line til 5, room wasnt even ready til after 5:30. After traveling all that time, all we wanted to do was get in there and unwind. Hallways everywhere are filthy like they must vacuum once a month or something? Room was fortunately clean but everywhere else not so much. Also the elevator by our area was out of service making it a really long walk and according to staff its been a while like that! Didnt even bother going to the water park and the one time we went to the arcade it was also closed early!"

"The room had a strange smell especially when the AC wasn’t on. I think they should just get the carpet out. Also while every 2 days there’s housekeeping the cleaning is not thorough. Room 228 inside the shower is dirty you can see the black marks there. The toilet too marks on the toilet seat. The bed sheets are cleaned and bed well made. I love the ease of using the laundry room."

"The advertised “in-room dining” is a misrepresentation. AFTER ordering the food, I found out that I must go to the lobby to pick it up; it is NOT delivered to the room. On one of my days there, I requested that housekeeping service my room before 3pm. Staff at front desk noted the request and promised that. When I returned to my room at 3pm it was still not done "
