First the positives. The price of 3 rooms for the weekend was a great value at $478. The location was ideal because it was roughly 15 minutes away from Disney as well as it being close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. But that’s it. From the outside the hotel looks inviting but the inside is awful. Don’t get me wrong the inside of the building is modern and well appointed but the rooms felt barely clean and the noise intrusion from neighbors is dismal for a hotel because of the hard flooring. The only things about the rooms that were good were the beds, as they were decently comfortable but small, the square footage is good and the air conditionings all worked well. I stayed in room 123, an accessible room given to us. While none of us in our group was handicap, the extra space was nice especially in the shower but the room smelt musty and felt damp as if there’s water damage. The other two rooms we rented, room 223 had a damaged chair with worn fabric and a dresser that wouldn’t stay shut and room 227 has a refrigerator that is rusty on the top, missing remote, flooring in the bathroom that is dipping and the house attendant left a Starbucks cup on the counter from someone else upon arrival. The hotel also seems to be housing people and has an issue people loitering at all hours of the night outside the hotel. The front desk person was nice but lacks personality and don’t expect any service at night since the desk is shuttered until check out begins.

We came for two nights to spend time with family. Room was smaller than average. Advertised as an “extended stay suites” it did not have any basic amenities such as hangers, iron, blow dryer, coffee pot. The hotel also had a very strong oder of marijuana both inside and outside even though it was advertised as a no smoking hotel.

Property clearly had a good maintenance program as someone was constantly mopping and cleaning. The smell of bleach can be smelled through out. It wasn’t over powering and was very subtle which is great. BUT the hotel guest were very trashy. A lot of the guest were low class, loud, and trashy. Two arguments amongst partners occurred aling with the smell of marijuana throughout our stay.

Second Room I was moved too had roaches and a heavy stuffiness that I had to let the window up and Clorox the entire room, but raid, and request new sheets just to feel ok while staying. Bathroom sink was clog .. They said breakfast included but they are no longer serving breakfast . The powder fire extinguisher fell on its on No cups in room..Under the beds there is so much dust .. My 2 yr old son went u see there and came out a dust bunny .. No blow dryer only 1 roll of toilet paper.. Overall was not a great experience for a vacation .. I stood in another extended in miramar florida and that one was great … so that’s why i figure this one would be good but it was run down ..

Pros: Clean hotel, clean room, close enough to Disney, many options for food (mostly unhealthy options, though). I read a lot of reviews that complained about roaches, but I did not see any. Cons: The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in the next rooms and the room above. My room smelled like old carrots. There were A LOT of dogs, some of which barked. The bed was not comfortable - my back was stiff every morning. Overall, I would not stay here again due to the walls and floors being so thin. You can hear a conversation in the next room over. I was fortunate to not stay over a weekend.

I guess the card I used did not reserve booking, when I called the hotel to confirm they said they had it and overnight staff said I could check in early. Flew in with 5 kids 3 under 3 and drove 1.5 hours from Orlando airport got there and said sorry, you can't check in. Room my sister had bloody underwear that wasn't disposed of. the shower head fell off and almost hit my newphew's head.They compensated for that $100.00 but this place is for people who just want to stay if they don't have homes or something..they don't clean the room daily and if you want clean towels 1 time they will clean, second time they charge. go to a regular hotel if you have family.

No sleep for us

The room was well enough equipped with full size fridge, sink and 2 burner electric stove. The room sort of reminded me of a larger sized dorm. We did find a rather large live roach in the bathroom. It is FL it is not uncommon but still gross. The problem was that the walls were so thin that we actually heard the man next door coughing and yawning! The floors are laminate and the people upstairs spent all night rearranging furniture. The wall AC was quite noisy as well, but at least it drowned out the coughing and the movers. 😃 Ultimately it was very difficult to get any rest.
