"This is our favorite place to stay when traveling with our daughters to Orlando. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and washer and dryer helped us save money by cooking our own food and washing clothes that were stained or messed up by food. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always so friendly. "

"We had double beds which of both were box springs, haven’t slept in one of those in years. We could not get the room cold enough no matter what we set the temperature at, including continuous fan. Cold water in the sink/shower was hot, hot was scolding. We ordered food poolside the staff forgot half of it, we used the messaging app and we still haven’t had a response (currently 3 days). This was a first time at this resort and for sure will not return. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, beds expected for Disney. The kitchen staff was super awkward; some girl in the pizza section seemed confused about us wanting a slice of pizza each. I don’t know if it was not a good interaction. Only one pool was working; it was horrible! I did not know that! I had to walk to the other hotel because the only pool working was full of teens unsupervised. In addition, the same teens were running down the hallways at late hours; it literally felt like I was at a motel."
