"The room was really nice & spacious but the first night I found hair on the floor in the bathroom and the next morning in the shower so that gave me the ick. I called guest services to report it. They said someone would thoroughly clean the bathroom but I found hair AGAIN the next morning after turning the shower on. Reported it again when they called to ask how my stay was going. I was then told a supervisor would be sent with house keeping. But guess what HAIR still found in the dang shower!!! Must have been clinging to the walls I guess then running down into shower after I turned it on!!! Because I did see hair on the wall near the mounted shampoo & conditioner bottles!!"
