"The hotel was clean and tidy, location was fantastic we walked to Disney Springs in 10mins, the pathway was well lite, well maintained and safe. The pool was clean opening times were great. Check in was easy, breakfast was good, the usual things you expect, the evening meal included was sufficient for dinner, coffee was freely available. The free bus service was clean and reliable. We used Uber for the Universal parks which cost $12-$16 approx. All round for food, no resort fee and service this was a good clean well located option."

"The room and lobby were clean, well maintained and well stocked. The staff was attentive and very helpful with park formation and shuttle organization. The main restaurant left much to be desired, a little dirty, some of the premade salads were "turning" if I return, I’ll be sure to avoid eating there."
