"I think you checked all the boxes, however with the scale of the resort, I expected more availability for spa, more equipment in the gym, and a much bigger arcade and putt putt golf. The restaurants were great. The water park and pool lacked sufficient seating. Overall I was happy with my stay."

"We were here for just one night awaiting a check-in at Bonnet Creek. Just wished we had gotten here earlier in the day to enjoy the amenities."

"Amazing hotel if staying in Orlando to go to the Disney Parks. Shuttle service as great with many drop off + pick up time to all 4 parks + Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and dinner + breakfast are included in stay and each adult gets 3 included drinks a night during the 5:30 - 7:30 PM kickback. Pool was huge with lots of lounge chairs as well. Would absolutely stay here again!!!"

"Upon arrival my key didn’t work when I attempted to access my room. Air conditioning was not controllable. I couldn’t lower the temperature. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold and freezer was not working properly."

"This hotel was AMAZING! I absolutely loved this place for a girls trip from LA. We loved the food options, restaurants walking distance, amenities, activities, and the morning breakfast with great variety. Best hotel I’ve stayed at ever! Rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day without ask, lobby and hallways smelled clean! Shuttles were provided with routes to all disney parks including Disney Springs, and to make reservations were very easy! Only minor thing was evening and overnight staff were rude and dismissive over minor questions, but morning staff was so kind! We already have our next trip planned here for next year and we cannot wait to be back!"
