"I was only there for 1 night. The staff was friendly and the shuttle to Disney Springs was efficient."

"Stayed for one night in March 2026 in one of the rooms with a one bedroom with king bed and separate room kids bunk beds. "

"The property is decent enough. The rooms a nice, but needs updated. The bathroom are small and outdated. The room with two queen beds should accommodate 4 people, but there literally only space for one suitcase stand. The rest of your party has to do a daily obstacle course to navigate around everyone’s suitcase. Except for the main entrance, none of the other exits allowed access back into the building because the room key pads are broken. On the better side. The morning breakfast and area are wonderful. The pool area is super nice and comfortable. Aside from the few areas for improvement, the hotel’s location to Disney parks and other attractions is excellent."

"I have never been in a hotel that was so clean and I was happy that it didnt smell like animals. We don't own any pets and don't want to have to worry about pet hair and smell when we stay somewhere. The applebees on site had great food and was just as clean as the hotel. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. This hotel was great!"

"The rooms are clean but very outdated almost feels as if you are staying at a motel. The staff was great and helpful; didn’t have much interaction with them other than complaining about noise which they compensated by waiving fees. The pool area is nice but it has seen better days. Before booking just call to make sure they don’t have any conventions staying with majority kids/teenagers. "

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. For most of our visit only 1 out of about 6 elevators was working, which meant extremely long waits just to get to our room. Breakfast was also disappointing, very limited hot food options, basically the same eggs and sausage every day, and when potatoes were served they were overcooked and unappetizing. Breakfast was the thing I was most looking forward to because of the reviews but it was very disappointing. The front desk staff was not very friendly, and overall the service felt lacking, with the exception of one dining staff member and a woman working at the bistro who were both pleasant. At one point, a staff member even made us feel uncomfortable for ordering food about 30 minutes before closing. The location is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. Otherwise, it fell far below what I would expect from Marriott standards. 😕 Also, not only do you get charged $25/night parking, I already knew, but they tax you on it as well. It's not even secure parking, anybody and everybody has access to it. Pools were nice and kid friendly. But there is no such thing as "heated" pool, it's just half inside an indoor structure and water was freezing. Gym was good and there's a fun little arcade. For the price, I believe there's better options out there with better amenities and staff...."
