"Hands down, this is the best property I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. I’ll definitely return anytime I visit. The front desk guy was incredibly friendly and checked me in swiftly. As we walked up to our room, my family and I stopped by the cool vending machine to grab a frozen yogurt. We then took the elevator to the sixth floor. My room was spotless and smelled fresh. My entire experience at this hotel was a five-star affair. The best part? They even offered Mickey waffles for breakfast! This is one of the best Marriott residencies I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be back. The pool was a peaceful and relaxing oasis. It was practically empty, with only a few people around. It was an amazing experience."

"The hallways were never vacuumed. The sliding door to the balcony was broken. The doors to the master bath wouldn’t close. The toilet in the second bath wouldn’t flush. No hand soap in the bathrooms. We had to ask for enough bath towels for each guest in the room multiple times. Mattresses are very comfortable. The room was a great size and our room was clean but the hallway outside our room was very dirty."
