I loved this hotel! Upscale vibe and still close to Disney. Very clean. Parso was very helpful from check in until checkout. The entire stay was wonderful and will stay here again to come back to Disney.

Check in was very smooth and the overall atmosphere from when you pull up to the lobby to the room feels luxe and thoughtful. The room amenities were good quality. The towels and sheets were very nice and my husband noted how nice the whole hotel smelled. I appreciated the noon check out time so we could enjoy a quiet morning.

We can always expect a great stay here! We have stayed many times and we can always expect consistency in an excellent stay. This property is very clean, comfortable and quiet! The hotel was surprisingly beautiful! Each fetal was well executed. I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but it looked great. Food was excellent and bar service was great!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a lack to detail that is usually expected at a property like this (the pool was not regularly tended to, so there was often no towels or old drinks and cups left for the whole day) (the front staff was mediocre at offering help or giving typical concierge advice). The restaurant was a highlight.
