"I am deeply disgusted by my experience at this hotel and would never recommend staying here.First, our room was completely neglected. We were left with dirty towels and received zero room service for a full day.Far worse, however, was the severe health hazard at the pool area. A guest vomited directly inside the swimming pool. I immediately informed the staff about this biohazard. Disappointingly, the management did absolutely nothing. They refused to close the pool and willingly allowed other guests—including children—to swim in contaminated water, exposing everyone to potential infections.The complete lack of hygiene, customer care, and basic health standards at this property is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs."
