Disney's Boardwalk All inclusive Vacations

This hotel was a great economical choice for those attending the parks. The bus transportation was very convenient, however we were the last ones in an empty parking lot at Epcot because the driver was more than an hour late. Great pool, friendly staff.

Clean room and amenities were great

Amazing facility for a family vacation. Smart layout of our 4 bdrm Flats unit, water activities and dining options provided all the amenities needed for a memorable family experience!

The parking it’s super expensive 38 self parking and 48 valet per day that is ridiculous

Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices.

This hotel is top of the top! The staff make you feel like royalty! Beautiful amenities and such a luxurious atmosphere!

Clean room and amenities were great

This is my go to Orlando hotel. It's not near anything per se. But it is quiet, safe and well maintained. I know I'll always have a good night sleep here.
