"Breakfast decent enough and well kept area by staff. Check in staff offered to get us a luggage cart once we searched in our own… but he never saw it through. Can’t comment on pool. Room felt clean too and I’m pretty picky"

"Resort was very nice, staff very polite and helpful. However, I didn't like that I had to pay to park on property. Other areas that could improve are signage placed in certain areas to show how to get to amenities on property and exit signage. "

"We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back."

"We stayed at this hotel in 2024 and loved it so much that we decided to come back again for spring break this year. Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. The rooms are beautiful, just like we remembered. However, the main reason we chose this hotel again was because they advertise a heated pool, something that was especially important since the weather during our spring break was chilly. Sadly, we never got to enjoy the pool. It was ice cold the entire week we were there. Staff told us that maintenance had turned the heater on, but the pool never warmed up and remained too cold to use the whole time. We saw multiple families come down to swim and quickly leave because of how cold it was. On top of that, the pool was not well maintained. There were several pieces of debris floating in the water, and there was a noticeable black ring around the shallow end where the water line sits, which made the pool look unclean. It was very frustrating because the heated pool was one of the main reasons we chose to return to this hotel. Many other families were also complaining about the same issue during our stay. Overall, we were really disappointed this time around. While the rooms are still nice, the lack of a functioning heated pool and the poor pool maintenance made this trip very different from our first visit. Unfortunately, we will not be returning."
