"Location was good- close to Disney springs. But it was big and loud with no atmosphere and the snack bar had not great choices at very high prices. My room was bigger than average, the shower was good, the view was awful. I had a broken desk chair that I reported the first day and nothing was done. No one on staff was anything more than the required amount of cordial. The buses to Disney properties were once every hour and you needed to reserve them- or it was recommended. The drop off and pick up spots were not made totally clear. All in all just ok"

"The property was ok, great location, the bed was comfortable but the bunk beds were flat and the pillows were very thin. The tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t see tv at all but the availability of restaurants and the closeness to Disney was awesome"
