"The elevator is either broken or just doesnt run at all ..We had to take the stairs to the 5th floor almost every time up and down..They run out of towels everyday its unbelievable..Lots of broken or stuff thats not working..I have stayed here before and had no problems thats why we came back..Obviously its going down hill..Check in took an hour and the parking lot is so hard to navigate ..Ladtly they never said the water park was under construction that made me really upset aswell.."

"This hotel property was booked because of the advertisement of a shuttle to Disney once I arrived that wasn’t the case. Our towels didn’t get changed until the last night of our stay which I had to go to the front desk to get . The toilet paper rolls were molded/dirty & the shower certain & bed sheets were stained . The paint is chipped & pulling on every wall & the ceiling in the bathroom looks molded & has a hole. I went to the front desk serval times even twice in one day & was told there wasn’t anything that I can do at the moment because the manager was not in and even still when he came in she did not think that there was anything that he would do to make my experience better. I was told that she would have switched my room, but she could not switch the wrong because they were fully booked and then when I asked to speak with manager, she then began to offer me to move rooms . I told her I was very unsatisfied with my experience from the start and she told me that she was sorry and that I booked from a third-party website and that it was not accurate about the shuttle and that they stopped doing the shuttle back in February."

"Limited spots at pools sometimes made it difficult for pool day. Don’t realize only some of the pools are heated as well. Room was adequate although the handle of our fridge came off the last day which was odd and looked like a glue fix from before. Overall it was a great value and not far from Disney parks. "
