Room was immaculate. Building was immaculate. Pool was very clean and the surrounding areas was very clean as well. In fact, the only negative for me and my husband was how uncomfortable the bed was. Other than that, the resort was beautiful, the staff was excellent, the activities were awesome, and loved the theme park shuttles provided free of charge. Will definitely stay here again!

At our arrival the reception seem to very very structured and prepared to receive massive amount of people, checkin was previously done before arrival so i got the keys almost immediately, the place was clean and properly equipped evn though i requested a place facing the fireworks and i didn't get it they accommodate us in a place facing the pool which was fine, staff was easy to reach via phone and text also. I will go back

My family and I stayed here due to having a horrible experience with VRBO(where two different host cancelled our reservations without notice or reason). So you could imagine our frustration and on Christmas Eve at that! The staff was very nice and helpful with assisting to accommodate us. We loved the rooms, especially the fact that they were in separate living areas :) The beds were way to firm for me :( Property was nice, quiet and clean. My only real complaint is they need more luggage carts for each floor. The waiting process to retrieve one from another guest took too long. Overall good stay, would stay again and would recommend.

The room itself needs updated furniture, when my partner and I used the hot tub there was old brown dirt that shot out the jets of the hot tub into the water leaving a residue ring around the tub. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either the bed squeaked really loud just sitting on it and wasn’t attached to the wall and the mattress itself had a dent in it making it somewhat uncomfortable as well, The room itself outside of that was clean and spacious. Mostly all the staff didn’t speak English which wasn’t helpful when needing assistance to navigate. Overall an okay stay but definitely not “resort-ish”

Very very friendly staff. From building 18 staff members were always available to open the doors as you enter and exit. They will greet you with a smile. They are very respectful and pleasant. We will definitely return.
